Information Fitzpo Collects
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from connected devices, apps, and third parties that you authorize.

Account, Profile, Activity, and Use Information
We collect account and profile information such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, weight, username, password, profile photo, and other information you choose to add to your account. We also collect information about your use of the Services, including workouts, activity history, posts, comments, reviews, challenge participation, and other content you choose to create, upload, or share through the Services.

Contact Information
We collect contact information such as your email address, mailing address, and phone number when you provide it to us. We use this information to create and manage your account, respond to support requests, send administrative and service-related communications, and, where permitted and with your consent where required, send marketing or promotional communications.

SMS and Mobile Messaging Information
If you choose to receive text messages from us, we may collect your mobile phone number, message content, messaging history, consent records, opt-in and opt-out status, timestamps, delivery data, and related messaging metadata. We use this information to send service-related messages, appointment or scheduling messages, support communications, account notifications, and other operational or relationship-based messages you have requested or agreed to receive; to respond to your inquiries; to maintain consent records and communication preferences; and to operate, troubleshoot, and improve our messaging services.

Location Information
We collect and process location information when you use the Services if location access is necessary for core features. We do not track your device location when you are not using the Services. You can stop location collection by adjusting your device settings, although doing so may limit functionality.

Content You Share
We collect information from the content you share through the Services, such as photos, videos, posts, comments, ratings, reviews, workout data, routes, programs, and other user-generated content.

Contacts Information
If you choose to connect your contacts from your device or another service, we may access and store contact information in accordance with your instructions in order to help you find and connect with other users.

Connected Devices and Apps
We collect information from devices, wearables, platforms, and applications you connect to the Services, in accordance with the permissions you grant and the settings of those services.

Payment Information
If you make a purchase, payment information may be collected and processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

SMS Communications
If you consent to receive text messages from Fitzpo, message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile phone number, SMS consent data, and related messaging information are used only to provide and support the messaging services you have requested or agreed to receive.

How Fitzpo Shares Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, communications delivery, customer support, security, payment processing, and infrastructure operations. These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services for us and are contractually restricted from using your personal information for their own independent purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Administrative, transactional, and service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to provide the Services you requested.

Deleting Information and Accounts
You may request deletion of your account using available self-service tools or by contacting us. Following a valid deletion request, we will delete or deidentify personal information as required by applicable law, subject to lawful retention needs such as security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
